My background

Before establishing UYP Consulting, I spent years working alongside start-up founders, CEOs, and COOs. I provided them with guidance on how to scale-up and expand their businesses through technology innovation, agile project delivery, employee engagement, talent retention, and customer-first culture. My roles have always been critical to the overall success of the businesses I worked for. This has allowed me to work closely with exceptional leaders and founders to learn what it takes to build and grow a sustainable business.

My Belief: Attitude Matters

I am a firm believer that start-up success is built on people and their attitude. I am passionate about encouraging individuals to focus on the people around them and explore their day-to-day interactions with colleagues. Empowering professionals to thrive or start-up owners to accelerate their business growth and retain their talent is based on three key pillars: astute attitude (mind), compassionate leadership (heart), and empowering others to thrive (spirit).

My Coaching Passion:

While climbing the corporate ladder in a male dominated industry, I continuously experienced how my attitude towards my work, other people, and the challenges I faced, not only defined my career journey but it significantly impacted how people engaged with me along the way.

Drawing from positive psychology, empirical coaching methods, and my own life experience, I now guide women in reflecting and proactively shaping their attitude in the workplace and beyond - all with the goal to enable effective leadership and full leveraging of one’s potential.
